• Yinfei push IP First to confirm Zhang Naigen in IP Panel Contacting existing confirmed speaker for their interest in moderator's position, Ken contacting Wu Po Chi from Dragon Bridge, wait confirm (Wu Po Chi confirmed to be moderator. We still need a panelist)

• Gloria try to find a professor to fill Alternative Energy Panel
• Huang Yang follow up Sun Tech
• Abe follow up Chen Jing in DFJ and Jim B. in Focus
• Abe try to contact DFJ to confirm Peter Xiong, the CEO of Miartech

• Abe update concept paper
• Yinfei Translate new concept paper to Chinese
• Abe and Yinfei work on invitation paper

About Promotion:

• about flyers ( different from poster we will use during conference)

About Registration & Conference Tasks：

including counting how many seats are occupied

• Wen Hao decide Content of Sign Board and forward to Chris Zhu in DFJ
• Yinfei keep contacting that conference facility guy
